Acceptance of the service
By creating an account or using Eling Charge, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the related Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Accounts and eligibility
You are responsible for providing accurate account details, keeping your credentials secure, and ensuring that you are authorized to use any payment method linked to your account.
Charging sessions and payments
Charging prices, reservation holds, idle fees, and wallet deductions are shown in the app before a session starts. Using a charger confirms your acceptance of the displayed pricing and session rules.
Proper use of the platform
You must use the app and charging infrastructure lawfully, safely, and without attempting to disrupt chargers, payments, availability data, or other users’ access to the service.
Suspension and liability
We may suspend or restrict accounts for misuse, fraud, or security reasons. To the extent allowed by law, Eling Charge is not liable for indirect losses, third-party network issues, or downtime outside our reasonable control.
